The Foundation for Podiatric Medicine will hold its annual NY15 Podiatric Conference and Exhibition at the New York Marriott Marquis over January 23 – 25, 2015. With an expected attendance of over 4,000 DPMs, MDs, Assistants, Students and Exhibitors, the conference is designed to be a one stop shop for earning CECH credits and visiting with over 250 vendors in the heart of Times Square. The educational portion of the conference, addressing industry hot topics such as infectious diseases, tumors of the lower extremities, bunions and diabetic surgery, features nearly 60 lectures, 35 speakers and 11 workshops, while offering the chance to earn up to 21.25 continuing educational contact hours (pending). Once again the Foundation is partnering with Codingline to produce a vibrant full-day seminar on Thursday, January 22 and with ASPMA to conduct the ever-popular Assistants Program on Friday and Saturday. In addition, last years sold-out Student Program is back. Dedicated to addressing the residency shortage problem, the Student Program convenes top podiatric leadership with over 200 second and third year podiatric students committed to frank discussion and open communication about the future of the profession.
